Feed Callvick with ith the content you already have. We create a knowledge base with Q&As and articles from PDFs, existing FAQ pages, and website articles. We can also automatically extract and store images.
Embeddings generation
Embeddings for each question/answer pair are generated, supporting about 90 different languages, and store them in a database.
Web UI and messenger integrations
Web UI and messenger integration for Callvick allows it to search for the closest answer to the user’s question in a database in multiple languages. The chatbot can also use dialog history and combine multiple answers for complex questions.
Supported SaaS integration
Choose a SaaS model or set up the solution in a customer environment, with nearly everything deployable to Kubernetes using a single deployment script. It’s possible to integrate our chatbot assistant with various LLMs, including OpenAI/Azure OpenAI GPT-4o/GPT-4o-mini, META Llama 3.1, and Mistral Mixtral 8x7b.
