Solve the work, not the demo
A useful agent should leave behind a handled ticket, a finished file, a campaign asset, or a completed operating task.
Why Callvick exists
Our north star
“Business owners should get to own the business—not be owned by its busywork.”
Our direction
Callvick began inside Finnish software company Abitech in 2023, exploring how generative AI could make customer support more useful. Early agents reached customers through web and messenger channels and learned to work with business knowledge rather than generic internet answers.
The next step became clear: the same secure, tool-enabled engine could handle much more of the operational grind around a small business. Research, document work, campaign assets, schedules, approvals, and specialist skills now form the foundation of Callvick.
Our vision is the autonomous SME: a company where the owner keeps judgment and direction, while reliable digital employees carry the repetitive operating load.
How we build
A useful agent should leave behind a handled ticket, a finished file, a campaign asset, or a completed operating task.
Drafts and approvals are part of the product, so owners can increase autonomy only after seeing consistent work.
Managed EU infrastructure and clear data boundaries should not be luxuries reserved for large enterprises.
Every small business owner can direct an expert team—without hiring a department, stitching together ten tools, or giving up control.
Your business, with breathing room
Show us the work that keeps following you home. We’ll map it to a Callvick digital employee and a safe path from draft mode to autopilot.
