Our journey began in 2023 within the innovative walls of Abitech. We started experimenting with Generative AI, not just as a technology, but as a solution to a real-world problem: customer support was broken. We saw overwhelmed agents and frustrated customers, and we knew we could bridge that gap. Our early prototypes quickly evolved into a powerful AI agent, deployable on platforms like Slack and Discord.
By September 2023, this project had a name: Callvick. We launched the brand at the prestigious Slush conference in Helsinki, showcasing our vision for a more intelligent support solution. The response was overwhelming and validated our mission.
In early 2024, we achieved a major milestone by deploying our solution for global sports brand Suunto, integrating it directly into their mobile app. This wasn't just a technical achievement; it was proof that our platform could perform at scale for a demanding, international customer base.
Today, our focus is on deep integration with the tools businesses already rely on. As of 2025, Callvick now integrates seamlessly with major platforms like Zendesk, transforming from a chatbot into a agentic automation layer.
